We are not closed during sports holidays or Easter holidays, but open the whole period (except over Christmas). The Christmas holiday is Saturday 21 December 2024 – Sunday 5 January 2025
The price varies depending on how long you want to stay. As we have a very high demand for places during Jan-Feb and only have a limited number of places, the weekly price is SEK 100 higher during those months.

For 17 weeks or longer, it is 1200/v and no surcharge for January/February.

(September 2 – May 30) 7 years before year 44 + 20 years during the season + 8 years after year 13 (1 year off during Songkran) = 35 school weeks (175 school days)
If you wish to receive the prices in baht, please mention this in the registration.
The notification is not binding
If you register, you will first receive a booking confirmation for your place, while the invoice will be sent later. It must first be paid on May 31 (if you are going under HT-24) and August 31 (if you are going under VT-25).
Until it is paid, you have every opportunity to choose not to go, and it therefore costs you nothing to sign up. However, you can guarantee yourself a place by registering early. We usually get the school full in January and February, and unfortunately have had to say no to students who wanted to go. So if your stay is valid during these months, it is important to be early to get a place!
If you should be prevented, and contact / cancel at the latest 3 months before your stay, you will get 70% of the registration fee back. 2 months before you get 50% back and 1 month before you get 30% back. If, against the odds, something urgent should happen closer to your stay with us, we will refer you to your insurance company.
Late notice
The weekly prices will be increased by SEK 100 per week if you register after May 31 (if you are going under HT-24) and after August 31 (if you are going under VT-25). This is because we want to be able to plan as early as possible to create the best conditions for your children, you and us.
If you go more than 5 years, there is a maximum of SEK 500 in late fees in total/child.
We wish that you, as far as possible, go for whole weeks (ie starting on a Monday and ending on a Friday). On non-conforming days, there may be a certain increase in the fee when the student takes up a place for someone else during the remaining days of the week. Price proposals for deviating days are announced in the information email, so you know exactly.
There is also the possibility of part-time childcare (3 days/week) . These days are then Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The "weekly price" for this is SEK 1,300. If you wish to go for a longer period, the price will be reduced, to the same degree as the pricing above.
For the third child from the same family, a discount of 25 percent is received.
Discounted prices only apply when the family pays themselves, for students who may get school money, the weekly price is SEK 1,700 per week during Nov, Dec and March, and SEK 1,800 during Jan-Feb.
The price includes lunch, water, and two snacks with fruit Monday-Thursday. On Fridays, everyone finishes before lunch (11.30) and then a snack is included. The students are expected to bring their own material/books as well as planning sent from the home school, which we send out information about 4 weeks before arrival. If this does not exist or that we need to be helpful in producing our own learning materials, or alternatively need to plan the student's stay/school work with us, we will need to have a dialogue about it together with your guardian and that there will also be a certain increased cost for materials and additional work.
Transport to and from us is optional and is paid on the spot on the first day in cash in the Thai currency - baht.
